iQ Computer Services is a veteran-owned, Black-owned business founded by Nathan Reed 15 years ago. Nathan’s vision was to create a company that blends advanced technical expertise with a commitment to exceptional customer care. Later, he formed a partnership with his brother, Marcus Reed, to further expand the company’s reach and enhance its service offerings.

Ladarius Reed - CEO/Co-Owner
As the founder's eldest son, Ladarius' dedication to the legacy and growth of iQ Computer Services is deeply rooted. Raised on a farm in Oregon, his foundational work ethic and passion for problem-solving developed early on while building and fixing things alongside his father. This hands-on upbringing, combined with a natural aptitude for mastering Rubik’s cubes and other complex puzzles that marked him as a child prodigy, paved the way for a career defined by technical skill and disciplined leadership.
Ladarius' commitment to service and excellence led him to the U.S. Army as an elite Airborne Paratrooper Signaler. A graduate of Leadership School, his military background instilled in him the integrity and composure necessary to function at a high level under extreme stress—traits that he brings to the tech industry today.
A lifelong enthusiast of cutting-edge technology and gaming, Ladarius has a specialized focus on security and emerging tech. He believes in the philosophy of a "fit mind and body," maintaining his own physical peak while coaching wrestling in his community. Whether he is teaching himself a new song on the guitar or navigating complex technical challenges, Ladarius is driven by a desire to push limits.
He remains a goal-oriented leader, dedicated to leveraging his unique background in leadership and technology to carry the company and its clients confidently into the future.
Najiah Reed - Executive Assistant/Co-Owner
Najiah Reed is an award-winning administrative expert and the Oregon State Microsoft Champion, known for her strategic foresight and technical mastery of complex office systems. Her deep sense of accountability and hands-on problem-solving were shaped by her upbringing on an Oregon family farm, where, as the founder’s eldest child, she was responsible for managing the farm, caring for animals, and looking after her siblings.
Mastering Chess at a young age, Najiah translates that same strategic mindset directly into her business and work ethic, bringing a high-level focus and mental agility to every project she manages. She is involved in the community and nonprofit work and enjoys creative writing, sewing, video games, and studying the natural world—specifically birds, plants, and fungi.
