We’ll explain what we find and recommend the next steps to get your computer working again.

Please allow 3-5 business days to complete the Priority diagnostic. For an additional fee, the Express option provides results within 24 hours. You can find further pricing and details on our Pricing page.

If you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward your total repair cost. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and CashApp. Once you book, bring in your device at your appointment time, and we’ll take it from there.
